After a string of four wins, Harrison's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cartersville Hurricanes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hoyas of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Cartersville, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Harrison will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Allatoona at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cartersville, they will face off against Pope at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
