Greendale's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tatiyana Edwards, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Giselle Paszkiewcz, who scored 12 points along with seven assists and two steals.
Milwaukee Lutheran has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for Greendale, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Milwaukee Lutheran will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Menomonee Falls at 7:00 p.m. on January 15th. Menomonee Falls presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Milwaukee Lutheran in Wisconsin (Menomonee Falls is ranked 93rd, while Milwaukee Lutheran is ranked 282nd). As for Greendale, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Muskego at 7:00 p.m.
