The Thrall Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Holland 76-23 at home. Thrall has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 21 points or more this season.
Thrall found their leader in underclassman Nevaeh Irvin, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 16 rebounds. Irvin has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 22 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashlyn Jarosek, who scored 17 points along with five steals.
The victory (which was Thrall's ninth in a row) raised their record to 18-11. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 32.9 points. As for Holland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-12.
Thrall will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Milano has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games. As for Holland, they will head out on the road to square off against the Lions at 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday.
