Geneseo took a 13-run  loss the last time they faced off against Bloomfield, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference.  Geneseo's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Cooper Warner, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple, two  RBI,  and one  run.
Geneseo's victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 19-4. As for Bloomfield,  with the  defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-5.
