Bruceville-Eddy found their leader in underclassman Kambrie Diaz, who scored 23 points along with 9 rebounds and 5 steals. Diaz is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now stole two or more in the last eight games she's played. Another player making a difference was Elaina Mcculloch, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 14 rebounds.
Bruceville-Eddy's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Oglesby, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
