The Union Tigers's game last Tuesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They breezed by Harman at home to the tune of 65-30. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Union has managed all season.
Union found their leader in underclassman Braylon Ward, who scored 29 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Ward is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 18 or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Burdock, who scored 17 points along with four steals.
Union's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Harman, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Union will be playing in front of their home fans against Tygarts Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Harman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
