After two games on the road, Crespi is heading back home. They will take on the Loyola Cubs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Crespi has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Even though Chaminade scored an imposing 72 points on Wednesday, Crespi still came out on top. Crespi took their matchup against Chaminade 80-72. The win was just what Crespi needed coming off of a 84-57 defeat in their prior match.
The match pitted two dominant players against one another in Joe Sterling and Bryce Goldman. Sterling had a great game and scored 24 points along with five rebounds. Meanwhile, Goldman was balling out in the loss, shooting 6-for-12 from deep and dropping a double-double on 35 points and 11 rebounds.
Loyola can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They walked away with a 62-50 win over Alemany. The win was just what Loyola needed coming off of a 71-34 loss in their prior contest.
Crespi's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Loyola, their victory bumped their record up to 13-10.
