Kahuku is on a 12-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Kalaheo is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Kahuku Red Raiders will take on the Kalaheo Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Kahuku has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,321 points over their last 19 matches.
Even though Moanalua scored an imposing 58 points on Thursday, Kahuku still came out on top. Kahuku took their matchup against Moanalua 67-58.
Meanwhile, Kalaheo faced Kaimuki in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Kalaheo had just enough and edged Kaimuki out 64-61. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Kalaheo has posted yet this season.
Kahuku has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. As for Kalaheo, their victory bumped their record up to 13-16.
