Deary took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the Troy Trojans to the tune of 46-0. The Mustangs pushed the score to 40-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Trojans had no chance of recovering from.

Deary's leading receiver Jacob Mechling was Keen's top target yet again, picking up 146 receiving yards and one score, while also rushing for 49 yards.
Looking ahead, Deary will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Troy, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Lewis County co-op [Highland/Nezperce] at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
