Basketball Recap: Central Christian Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Central Christian won the last time they faced Horizon Christian and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Central Christian Tigers managed a 36-30 victory over Horizon Christian. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Central Christian's win ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-9. As for Horizon Christian, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

Central Christian and Horizon Christian could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings. Central Christian will take on North Lake at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 149 places (213 vs. 64). Meanwhile, Horizon Christian (ranked 256th) will meet South Wasco County (ranked 117th) at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
