The result was an unpleasant reminder to Midland Classical Academy of the 59-36 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.
Leading Lake Country Christian to victory were Sam Foley and Jordan Goree. Foley scored 14 points along with three steals, while Goree scored 23 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Goree has scored all season. Chase Frazier was another key contributor, scoring three points along with seven rebounds.
Midland Classical Academy's loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 7-21. As for Lake Country Christian, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-24.
