The Cairo Pilots lost against the Hamilton County Foxes back in December of 2014, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Saturday. Cairo was outmatched by Hamilton County on the road  and fell  70-37. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  points Cairo has scored all season.
 Cairo's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  McKenlee Pirtle , who  scored nine points, and  Jeserick Pilgram  who  scored ten points. Pilgram  scored a full 27% of Cairo's points, the eighth time in a row he's  earned more than a third of the team's points.
 Cairo's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Hamilton County, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
 Cairo will be playing in front of their home fans against Mayfield at 7:15  p.m.  on Thursday. Hamilton County is on the road again  on Tuesday and play against Fairfield at 6:00  p.m.  on December 12th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Illinois (Fairfield is ranked 251st, while Hamilton County is ranked 240th).
