Blaine Downing and Co. Win Ninth in a Row
Blaine Downing was instrumental in extending Malta/Whitewater/Saco/Dodson's winning streak to nine on Friday. Fairfield/Augusta had no answer to Downing as he rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries. That's the most rushing yards Downing has posted since back in August.
Unfortunately for Fairfield/Augusta, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Downing. Downing rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries the last time he and the duked it out back in October of 2023.

Malta/Whitewater/Saco/Dodson was led to victory by Treyton Wilke, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Wilke picked up 125 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
Wilke must have Fairfield/Augusta's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Wilke last faced the back in October of 2023, he picked up 192 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 62 yards on only eight carries.

Graham Posts Huge Game in 38-20 Victory
Chris Graham put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in September on Friday. He rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 192 yards on 14 of 27 attempts.
The win was the third in a row for Conrad, bringing their record for this year to 6-4. Graham's next matchup is against Loyola-Sacred Heart on Saturday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Malta/Whitewater/Saco/Dodson picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Stockton Oxarart. Oxarart was dynamite, throwing for 260 yards and four touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
Fairfield/Augusta's probably not too fond of Oxarart given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Oxarart saw the ), he threw for 308 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes.
