Fox Chapel hasn't had much luck against Pine-Richland recently, but that could start to change  on Friday. The Fox Chapel Foxes will venture away from home to  square off against the Pine-Richland Rams  at 7:00  p.m.

While losing is never fun, the Foxes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings  (they are ranked 274th, while the Indians are ranked 35th).
 Meanwhile, Pine-Richland put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding  43-7 win over Plum on the road. That 36 point margin sets a new team best for the Rams this season.
  Aaron Strader went supernova for Pine-Richland, throwing for 185 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 passes, while also rushing for 38 yards and a touchdown.  Maclane Miller handled things on the ground, rushing for 98 yards.
 Pine-Richland wouldn't let Plum keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. Pine-Richland can thank  Dayne Wilden and  Dozie Okonkwo for forcing all of them.
 Fox Chapel's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Pine-Richland, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.
 Fox Chapel was taken down by Pine-Richland 50-0 in their previous matchup  back in September of 2023. Can Fox Chapel avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
