 Bridgeport was led to victory by  Elizabeth Velazquez and  Ella Schluterbusch.  Velazquez  went 6 of 10  en route to 13 points in addition to eight  steals and seven  assists, while  Schluterbusch  went 7 for 17  on her way to 21  points along with five  assists and five  steals. Schluterbusch's evening made it three games in a row in which  she has scored at least 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Olivia Brown, who  put up 13 points and seven  steals.
Hershey's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Bridgeport, their win was  their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 16-1.
 Hershey didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  49-48  victory against Chase County on the 1st. As for Bridgeport, they have also  already played their next game,  a  50-27  win against Bayard on the 1st.
