One reason for the win was Argyle's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-19, 25-15.
Several Burgers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Genna Lehocki, who had ten kills, four aces, and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Reagan Moos, who had 15 digs.
Argyle's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Warrensburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
