The Nodaway-Holt Trojans will head out on the road to take on the North Nodaway Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Nodaway-Holt is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
Back in December of 2023, Nodaway-Holt ended up a good deal behind North Andrew and lost 64-47.
Meanwhile, North Nodaway came up short against Worth County on Thursday and fell 57-46. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for North Nodaway in their matchups with Worth County: they've now lost six in a row.
Nodaway-Holt's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6. As for North Nodaway, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-5 record this season.
Nodaway-Holt came up short against North Nodaway when the teams last played back in November of 2023, falling 47-38. Can Nodaway-Holt avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
