The South Plaquemines Hurricanes won the last time they faced the Cohen Green Hornets, and things went their way on Wednesday too. South Plaquemines snuck past the Green Hornets with a 56-50 win.
Kameron Stephenson was the offensive standout of the matchup as he scored 18 points. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Deanel McGee was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
South Plaquemines' win bumped their record up to 11-16. As for Cohen, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-16.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Fisher the next time they take the court. Cohen will head out to face Fisher at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while South Plaquemines will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
