Zack Hankins posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out 18 batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in 11 consecutive appearances.
