Judge Memorial Catholic's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elyah Ocampo led the charge by scoring 26 points along with two steals. Esther Analjok was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with seven rebounds and five steals.
Juan Diego Catholic's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-16. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.2 points per game.
