Meanwhile, Eastern's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fifth straight loss. They took a 30-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of Southwood. Eastern has struggled against Southwood recently, as their matchup on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Madison-Grant's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Eastern, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
