Weed's Rashaan Broomfield recorded the longest rushing play in Shasta Cascade this season in his game against Etna last week. Broomfield ran for 80 yards on the play and finished with 121 on the day as his team fell to the Lions.
Fall River extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Burney, 51-6. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Bulldogs.
Jace Neugebauer threw for 176 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 11-16 with 0 interceptions.
Neugebauer put up the best numbers in passing as Fall River defeated the Raiders. Neugebauer's favorite target this week was Tanner Gallion, who caught 10 passes for 102 yards.
