Forest Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost to the Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils on the road by a 45-27 margin.
Despite the loss, Forest Hills still got an impressive performance from Xander Richardson, who rushed for 97 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 148 yards and a pair of TDs.
This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Alex McCartney and Chase Plummer. McCartney rushed for 165 yards and three scores while Plummer rushed for 159 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. Those 165 rushing yards gave McCartney a new career-high.
Forest Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Bellwood-Antis, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.
