Wyatt Holmstrom Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Seminole got the W thanks in part to Wyatt Holmstrom playing the best football he has all season. Holmstrom threw for 342 yards and five touchdowns, and also rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. His passing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 341 passing yards dating back to last season.
The win for Seminole keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Holmstrom and Seminole will face off against Fort Stockton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Snyder had to settle for second even though Jacob James put up the best numbers he has all season. James picked up 85 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Logan Mccormick Delivers Electric Effort Vs Hereford
Seminole picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Logan Mccormick. Mccormick was dynamite, picking up 162 receiving yards and two touchdowns. His receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 134 receiving yards dating back to last season.
On the year, Mccormick has caught 8 touchdowns while averaging 113.7 receiving yards per game.

Diaz Came Up Big in Fort Stockton's 44-20 Victory
Rounding off our Top Five is Gerry Diaz of Fort Stockton. Diaz rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries.
Fort Stockton's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Diaz's next game is against Seminole on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.
