On Saturday, Delaware Valley ended up a good deal behind Wayne Valley and lost 60-43.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wayne Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caden Flower, who scored 17 points along with four steals. Luke Rubino was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Delaware Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Wayne Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
Delaware Valley will head out on the road to square off against Voorhees at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wayne Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lakeland Regional at 7:00 p.m.
