Quincy strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Moline Maroons. The Blue Devils were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Maroons, so the Blue Devils were just returning the favor.

Quincy easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-21.

Madison Loos paced Quincy's offense, picking up six kills. Loos got some help from Madelyn Hamby and her 11 assists. Kristin Damon controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Quincy's win bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Moline, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 4-5.

Quincy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Jacksonville on the 22nd. As for Moline, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Geneseo on the 23rd.
