The Brooks Lions were the 28-7 winner over the Lauderdale County Tigers when they last played one another back in October of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Brooks took a serious blow against Lauderdale County on Thursday, falling 33-3. Brooks has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Noah Gregg threw for 69 yards on six of 13 attempts. Charlie Buttram was his top target, picking up 62 receiving yards.
Brooks' defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Lauderdale County, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
Brooks will head out on the road to face off against Oneonta at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th. Oneonta will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. Lauderdale County will take on Fayette County at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
