The Hixson Wildcats lost against the Stone Memorial Panthers back in November of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Hixson was the victim of a tough 34-14 defeat at the hands of Stone Memorial. Hixson has struggled against Stone Memorial recently, as their game on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Hixson still got an impressive performance from Koko Kendricks, who rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns.
Hixson's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Stone Memorial, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-4.
Hixson will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Chattanooga Christian at 6:00 a.m. Stone Memorial is on the road again on Friday and play against Upperman at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th. Upperman will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
