The Lincoln Lutheran Warriors will head out to take on the Malcolm Clippers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Lincoln Lutheran is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Bishop Neumann just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to the Cavaliers at home by a 31-13 margin. Having soared to a lofty 34 points in the game before, the Warriors couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Malcolm came tearing into Thursday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Panthers 49-13. The Clippers pushed the score to 41-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Panthers had no chance of recovering from.
Lincoln Lutheran better keep an eye on Brixon Meyer. He was instrumental in Malcolm's win, rushing for 167 yards and three TDs while picking up 9.3 yards per carry. Those three rushing touchdowns gave Meyer a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Gavin Little, who rushed for 28 yards and a pair of scores.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Malcolm was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 313 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Malcolm didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Preston Kucera and Meyer.
Malcolm's record now sits at 6-2. As for Lincoln Lutheran, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-2.
Lincoln Lutheran was dealt a bruising 37-7 loss at the hands of Malcolm when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Warriors, Carson Frank (who rushed for 78 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only ten carries, and also threw for 144 yards and three TDs) won't be suiting up this time.
