Centralia had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with  a   2-0  win over the South Gray Rebels  on Saturday. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered  a  2-1  loss the last time these two teams met.
 Centralia never let South Gray on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15,  25-22.
 Malayna Becker paced Centralia's offense, picking up ten kills. Becker got some help from  Keelyn Rempe and her 27 assists.
Centralia has  been performing  well recently as they've  won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-10 record  this season. As for South Gray, their defeat  ended  a  12-match streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 38-5.
 Centralia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Gray, they have already played their next contest,  a  2-0  victory against Quinter on the 1st.
