Minnesota Valley Lutheran won against Loyola/Kato/Mankato Christian Academy on Saturday with 74 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers came out on top against the Loyola Crusaders by a score of 74-66. The win was familiar territory for the Chargers who have now won three matches in a row.

Minnesota Valley Lutheran has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.6 points per game. As for Loyola, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Minnesota Valley Lutheran will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Maple River at 7:15 p.m. on January 10, 2025. As for Loyola, they are taking a road trip to square off against Alden-Conger at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Alden-Conger is on a three-game streak of home losses, Loyola a five-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change.
