Volleyball Recap: Xavier's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Xavier had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Green Bay West on Tuesday. The Hawks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildcats. Winning may never get old, but the Hawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Xavier was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-10, 25-15.

Braelee Kiepert paced Xavier's offense, picking up seven kills. Kiepert got some help from Sydney Neilitz and her 13 assists. Lexi Allen and Raya Zurfluh kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Xavier's victory bumped their record up to 26-10. As for Green Bay West, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-19.
