Orleans found their leader in underclassman Callie Alston, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. The game was Alston's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mylie Knight, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Orleans' victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1. As for Henryville, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.
Orleans will be playing at home against White River Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. White River Valley will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Indiana Rankings (they are ranked 260th, while Orleans is ranked 70th). As for Henryville, they will head out on the road to face off against Austin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Austin will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
