The Grand Blanc Bobcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Powers Catholic Chargers at 7:00 p.m. Grand Blanc will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive.

Meanwhile, Powers Catholic can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Midland 88-43 on the road. Given Powers Catholic's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 61st, while the Chemics are ranked 555th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Powers Catholic's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Connor Kelly, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds. Javontae Ross was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds and six steals.
Grand Blanc is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season. As for Powers Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.
Grand Blanc strolled past the Chargers when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 72-54. Does Grand Blanc have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Chargers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
