Football Recap: Bismarck's Winning Streak Snapped at 13 Games

Bismarck and Salem squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Bismarck had to settle for second. They fell 42-34 to the Salem Greyhounds. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Ben Keithley threw for 152 yards and one touchdown. Caedmon Keithley was his top target, picking up 73 receiving yards.

Salem was led to victory by Kaden Brink and Jackson Taylor. Brink gained 168 total yards and three touchdowns, while Taylor rushed for 69 yards and two touchdowns. What's more, Taylor also racked up 129 passing yards, the most he's had since back in October. A healthy portion of Taylor's aerial production (82 yards to be exact) went to Kaiden Hollis.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bismarck fell to 13-1. As for Salem, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-3.

As of now, neither Bismarck nor Salem have any future games scheduled.
