After flying high against the Eastern York Golden Knights two weeks ago, the New Oxford Colonials came back down to earth. New Oxford fell to Hershey 34-28. It was the first time this season that New Oxford let down their fans at home.
Angel Cabrera was his usual excellent self, rushing for 231 yards and three touchdowns.
New Oxford's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Hershey, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with that win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
New Oxford does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hershey will head out on the road to face off against Ephrata at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ephrata is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games.
