Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Golden Gate). They never let the Community School of Naples Seahawks onto the board and left with a 9-0 victory on Thursday. It was an even better day for George Barrueco as he scored three goals for his team.

Golden Gate's win bumped their record up to 6-1-3. As for Community School of Naples, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 3-5-3.

Golden Gate will be home for the holidays to greet Bishop Verot at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. Bishop Verot will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Golden Gate surely won't give up without a fight. As for Community School of Naples, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Seacrest Country Day on the 13th.
