Wallace County extended the longest winning streak in Northwest Kansas (8 Man) this week by beating Hanover, 22-6. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Trego lost to Hoxie 50-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Cordell Ratliff ran for 21 yards in the loss.
Elijah Stone provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Greeley County bested Wheatland-Grinnell. He completed 4 passes for 32 yards and 1 touchdown and also ran for 249 yards. Stone's key target this week was Tycel Ibarra, who caught 4 passes for 32 yards.
Tyler Lingg threw for 185 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Stone was a beast in the backfield as the Jackrabbits beat the Thunderhawks.
Clay Schemm was a key player and the best on defense this week as Wallace County defeated the Wildcats. He recorded 3 fumbles and racked up 1 sack.
Lingg put up the best numbers through the air as Dighton topped Otis-Bison. Lingg's favorite target this week was Marcos Cruz, who caught 3 passes for 72 yards.
