Fremont hadn't done well against Garrett recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Fremont Eagles claimed a resounding 62-33 win over the Garrett Railroaders. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 21 points or more this season.

Fremont has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.5 points per game. As for Garrett, their loss was their ninth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-18.

Coincidentally, Fremont and Garrett will both be playing Lakeland the next time they take the court. Fremont will head out to face Lakeland at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Garrett will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
