Williams Field is 8-2 against Higley since March of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Black Hawks will head out on the road to challenge the Knights at 5:30 p.m. Williams Field will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Williams Field never let Dobson on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 25-10.
Meanwhile, Higley made easy work of Gilbert on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.
One reason for the win was Higley's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15, 25-13.
Williams Field better focus on containing Kaden Chen and Brayden Farnsworth as the pair were huge in Higley's win. Chen had 14 assists and three digs, while Farnsworth had six digs, two blocks, and two aces. Chen is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 14 or more in each of the last eight games he's played.
Higley pushed their record up to 30-7-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Williams Field, their victory bumped their record up to 24-5.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Thursday's contest: Williams Field has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 6.3 aces per game. However, it's not like Higley struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.2 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Williams Field took their win against Higley when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Black Hawks since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
