After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Skyline, Butler was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Wellington-Napoleon Tigers with a sharp 12-4 victory. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Butler has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Wellington-Napoleon, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Butler didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-1 loss against Skyline on the 25th. As for Wellington-Napoleon, they have also already played their next match, a 10-1 defeat against Adrian on the 25th.
