League recap: Horace Mann win leads to rise in state rank

Horace Mann moved up to 72 from 545 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Hudson Valley.

New York Military Academy's Austin Pagano and Jabari Wells have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Pagano has thrown for 281 yards this season, while Wells has seven catches for 77 yards. Isaiah Grooms from Forman leads the league in rushing with 1249 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Dwight-Englewood takes on the Lions. As it stands, the Bulldogs are in fourth, while Forman is in second.
