Newell will challenge Timber Lake on the road at 6:00 PM on Friday. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Newell came within a touchdown against Bison last Friday, but wound up with a 22-36 loss.
Meanwhile, Timber Lake were fully in charge last week, breezing past Dupree 58-8.
Timber Lake's win lifted them to 2-0 while Newell's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Timber Lake can add another positive mark to their record or if Newell can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Timber Lake's step.
