The Bandys Trojans scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past West Lincoln 68-21 on the road. The result was nothing new for Bandys, who have now won three games by 30 points or more so far this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bandys to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kate Dutka, who scored 25 points along with eight rebounds and eight steals. The match was Dutka's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Rachel Anderson was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight steals and seven rebounds.
Bandys' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-5. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 41.67 points. As for West Lincoln, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.
Bandys will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Stuart W. Cramer at 9:00 a.m. on December 27th. After both having extra time off, West Lincoln and Maiden will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 6:30 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
