In what's become a running theme this season, the Bible Baptist Christian Eagles gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 64-42 margin over Promise Prepatory Academy. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-15.
Bible Baptist Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Michael Greene, who scored 16 points. Greene continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Tucker Nyman, who scored 17 points along with two steals.
Bible Baptist Christian has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Promise Prepatory Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
Bible Baptist Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Kings Way Christian School at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kings Way Christian School will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 542nd, while Bible Baptist Christian is ranked 250th). Promise Prepatory Academy will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Varsity Opponent at 6:15 p.m. on January 30th.
