On Friday Harrison's undefeated season almost came to an end. They skirted past the East Central Trojans 8-6. Those eight runs were actually the fewest the Wildcats have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.
Seth Green made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Green was even better at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
In other pitching news, Cam Enneking looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits.
Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Tucker Ward, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. Travis Raines also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
