The Kentridge Chargers put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 52-44 victory over Olympia. This was payback for Kentridge, who suffered a 54-38 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Among those leading the charge was Sydney Esperanza, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Simone Brown, who scored 10 points along with 5 rebounds.
Kentridge's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Olympia, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kentridge will take on Federal Way at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Olympia will be home for the holidays to greet Graham-Kapowsin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
