There's no place like home for Freeman, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 71-48 margin over the Tomas Gators on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Tomas saw an underclassman step up: freshman Uzzi Ojiji posted ten points. Ojiji is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played. Bryce Jones also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

The win snapped Freeman's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-6 record. As for Tomas, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Freeman has already played their next contest, a 37-29 victory against Memorial on the 12th. As for Tomas, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 47-30 defeat against Eisenhower on the 11th.
