While losing is never fun, the Royals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 26th in Florida, while the Raiders are ranked fourth in New Jersey).
 Lakeland will have to contain  Demetrice McCray as he made an impact in The First Academy's last game. He rushed for 81 yards and one  TD, and also picked up 30 receiving yards.
 The First Academy now  has a losing record of 4-5. As for Lakeland, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.
