After low-scoring totals in their previous three match, Wheaton-Warrenville South brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They never let the Batavia Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Wheaton-Warrenville South got a massive performance out of Becca Chaney, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Natalie Martinez, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI.

Wheaton-Warrenville South's record now sits at 18-9. As for Batavia, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-21 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wheaton-Warrenville South will challenge Downers Grove South at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Batavia, they will face off against Glenbard North at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
